Spheres to run the lens on (DNA-economy / World-Computer cells)
- Ogwen valley — DONE (first six-hat run;
NOTES-ogwen-six-hats.md). Next: fold Green's re-sequencing back intoNOTES-dna-economy-ogwen.md. - Other slate valleys — DONE as the fourth definite treatment (
NOTES-second-cell.md, 2026-07-04; the spec's first authorless field test). The evidence killed the "pattern-replication targets" framing: replication is mid-flight, a decade in, carried by DEG/Cyd Ynni (a regional organ), not by kit-sale. Verdict: passes-with-conditions, two-seat — the independent adversary ran the same day and condition zero is discharged: the ladder and the re-level survived (the organ's founding record is undercounted — the North Wales club map shows ~10 clubs in the organ's region), rung 2's "immediately actionable" claim was killed (nine years beside a working mechanism reads as declined, not unclimbed), rung 7 failed as written (day-one irrational for the first mover), and three fleet errors were corrected (Corris is covered by the Machynlleth club; both grant schemes' application windows are already closed; Llanfairfechan is on-substrate). Next: ask Ynni Padarn Peris the nine-year question (any answer must also explain Ogwen); name the organ's foundings (per-club dates and attribution); track Llanfairfechan to an outcome. Both valley dossiers now exist in desk form (2026-07-04, same day:NOTES-nantlle-dossier.md,NOTES-corris-dossier.md) — ready before the £1bn window; each carries the off-desk list that finishes it. The Nantlle desk pass logged a fifth fleet correction: "civic rail, no energy" was already false — Ynni Lleu CBC (registered at Yr Orsaf) is mid-installation of 311kW solar + 307kWh battery on the Penygroes paper factory, £384k from the 2024–25 Ynni Cymru round, and £20k of hydro surpluses are seeding a 100kW Cwm Du hydro (a second rung-5 observation, off the Aber substrate). Corris re-argued at the right tier: household tier carried by the open Machynlleth club (pending the membership-roll check — coverage ≠ take-up, the dossier's own objection), generation tier the real gap, owned by Ecodyfi/BDCR not a new vehicle — and Ecodyfi (est. 1998) hands the catchment count (condition 4) its second in-Wales organ. The slate-void research good survives as rung 7 only in confessed-grant or restructured form. The owner said yes to submitting a GBE EoI for Nantlle (2026-07-04) — the submission pack is drafted (NOTES-nantlle-gbe-eoi-pack.md): the live form fetched today (its own stated window, "first half of 2026," is already behind us as of the check — printed, not smoothed; re-verify the form is still live immediately before anyone files), every field drafted from the dossier with TBCs where the dossier has no hard number, and the one call left to the owner: which entity (the owner personally as an interested party; Ynni Lleu CBC filing its own live project; Yr Orsaf/GwyrddNi filing the development-grant ask; or the dossier's own preference of both Ynni Lleu and Yr Orsaf filing separately) asserts organisational identity at filing time. Nothing has been submitted — only a human with standing to assert that identity can do that. - Gwynedd as the organism — county-scale federation of cells; the scale that can actually close energy/food loops.

- An intentional community — smaller, higher-trust; a cleaner first test of the loop mechanics.

CE RIG v1 — the world — DESIGNED on paper (2026-08-30,
NOTES-ce-rig-v1-world-design.md): a graded stag hunt with a durable ratchet where cooperation is strictly dominant, belief-free, for rounds 1–15 of 20 with no punishment in the action set; possibility space measured as the exact reachable cone (no proxy); razor-blade reproduced with hand-checkable arithmetic; the tail where dominance runs out kept deliberately as the B-vs-C discriminating instrument. Intellectual lines to close (what lets forming nodes climb)
- The deep line — distinguish frozen (built, not reaching) vs unbuilt (not assembled) vs enclosed-because-funding (the enclosure pays to create it). Shared across
held-value-not-reachable,coordination-bounds-reachability. Drawing it is what lets these climb pastforming. - The selector / fitness-function specification — externalise enough of the judgment that the firehose self-filters (the recursive-improvement thread). The Six-Hat method is a partial answer; the irreducibly-human part (truth/frame/aliveness) is the residue.

Method / openness
- Publish the Six-Hat method + runs as a /method or /evaluations surface (
NOTES-six-hat-method.md) — openness made navigable. - The world computer pages, corrected (2026-09-06). An outside read by a third lineage found three defects in the published record and all three are now repaired on the pages: the control arm was carrying the house's paraphrase rather than the far side's words (allowlist grown, every far-side turn now quoted verbatim, two turns with no surviving verbatim named as gaps); the convergence claim is withdrawn — one lineage was steered there; and the rule the room actually ran, a block must carry its own reason forward, is written down beside the yes-and rule it was running underneath. The declared null stands untested: every correction so far has come from inside the room.
